After many years in corporate America and a strong desire to follow their hearts to help people, particularly the senior population, Pat Bender and Cathy McCrann founded Moves with a Heart back in July 2010.

In 2017, Kathy Paulmeno joined forces with Pat, her childhood friend, after a successful career within government. With a shared vision to help the senior population and continue the excellence of Moves with a Heart, Kathy and Pat are now embarking on a journey that makes senior relocation easier, more convenient, less worrisome and most importantly, stress-free!

At Moves With a Heart, the goal is to help clients feel at home right away. The team provides a comprehensive range of services, including logistics management, space planning, sorting, coordinating donations and trash pickup, and more.
